What delivery options do you offer?

When delivering to anywhere within the contiguous United States, you may choose from Ground Shipping, 3rd Day Shipping, 2nd Day Shipping and Next Day Shipping.

We also offer shipping to Hawaii and Alaska and most International destinations. Delivery options available will vary based on your final shipping destination.

Special Purchase items such as the Hampton Bed are not available for expedited shipping and may require extended lead-times.

How do you calculate estimated delivery dates?

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed for shipment on the same day you place your order for all in-stock items. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed for shipment the next business day. When calculating delivery dates we do not include weekends or holidays. Please note that this estimated delivery date is only an estimate and is not a guarantee that your order will be delivered by that date. On occasion, an order may be placed on hold. In that event, we will contact you within one business day to gather the information we need to proceed with your order.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the original retail price subtotal of your order before any taxes have been applied, except for The Hampton Bed and other special purchase items which have separate shipping costs associated with them.*

* Mattress & Box Spring: There is a flat rate of $285.00 for white-glove in-home delivery of the Hampton Bed to most locations in the contiguous United States. Remote areas will require an additional fee and will vary based on delivery destination. International Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently offer shipping to most International destinations.

How are shipping costs calculated?

When shipping to a destination outside of the contiguous United States, delivery rates are calculated based on the actual shipping address and will vary. You will be presented with expedited and economy delivery options. You will be contacted if additional shipping costs will be charged for remote locations.

Duties & Taxes

All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and will be assessed upon delivery.

Return Policy

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept your timely return of new, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received.

Are there any items that are non-returnable?

Beds are not accepted for returns or exchange. Used or laundered merchandise is not returnable. All outdoor furniture is not returnable.
